The International Journal of Communication and Electronics (IJCE) is an open-access, bi-monthly publication dedicated to disseminating research in Communication Systems, Microwave Engineering, Electronic Systems, Networking Technologies, Telecommunications, Signal Processing & Applications, Control Systems, Power Electronics, and related fields.
The journal welcomes high-quality manuscripts that demonstrate scientific excellence and innovation. Papers are published promptly following acceptance.
Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts electronically, including text, tables, and figures in a single Microsoft Word file (preferably in Arial font). Submit your manuscript via email to: ijce@.org. A manuscript ID will be assigned upon submission.
The accompanying cover letter should include the corresponding author’s full address, contact number, and email ID. File names should begin with the first author’s surname. Reviewer nominations are not accepted; reviewers are randomly assigned from the IJCE database for a blind peer review.
All manuscripts undergo review by editors and subject-area experts. Authors receive reviewer comments promptly, and revised manuscripts are re-evaluated before acceptance. IJCE aims for rapid publication following approval.
Include the full title, author names, institutional affiliations, and contact details of the corresponding author. Present addresses should appear as a footnote.
The abstract should be 100–200 words, self-contained, and informative. Avoid abbreviations and citations. Provide 3–10 keywords for indexing.
Define non-standard abbreviations when first used. Use SI units and solidus notation (e.g., mg/ml). Standard terms (e.g., ATP, DNA) need not be defined.
Use simple, clearly labeled tables and figures. Each should be numbered consecutively, with legends provided separately. Avoid duplication of data in text and visuals. Figures should be high-resolution (GIF, TIFF, JPEG, or PowerPoint formats).
References should follow author-date citation (e.g., Smith, 2020; Agindotan et al., 2003). Multiple works by the same author in one year should include letters (e.g., 1993a, 1993b). Arrange references alphabetically at the end of the paper.
Examples:
Short Communications may include a maximum of two figures and one table. Abstracts are limited to 100 words. Methods may be included within figure legends or table notes, and Results and Discussion should be combined into one section.
Proofs will be emailed as DOC and PDF files to the corresponding author. Only typographical corrections will be allowed at this stage. Articles are published open-access online, allowing authors to freely download and share their work.
Submission implies the work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Upon acceptance, authors transfer copyright to the publisher.
There are no publication charges for manuscripts accepted in the IJCE.
